Why not remove and sell it off separately?

I guess most of the 2ndhand car value will not increase because of extra accessories installed like DVD head unit, bars etc. And that's why most of them take them off before selling the car so they can sell it separately for better price.

How about the selling price when sell your first hand car, is the price will be add on a bit because of extra thing installed like DVD, GPS, lock installed??

If selling to direct buyer then might able to leverage the selling price with the addons you did earlier. If direct to used car seller, sure they take using market price with or without extra acc. They even encourage you to remove it and revert to stock if possible.

Agree with what Xin mentioned above. But I don't think the price will be increased that much because of accessories/mod installed.

Let's say if you have aftermarket rims installed when you sell your car, it doesn't mean that the buyer likes the rims too. If the buyer doesn't like, there's no point for him to buy the car with increased price.

For me the main factor that effect a car value is how well you maintain the car (engine condition, paint condition, accident before or not, etc).

Ya I think so, better dont change or install any other thing, but sometime may need it such as extra lock

Why Honda extend the interval from 5,000km to 10,000km, not 15,000km or 20,000km?
As per stated in Shop Manual, the extension of service interval for new model is 10,000km.

So does it mean that service interval of city is extended to 10k km?

Eh is this confirmed. New City got extended to 10k? I'm more than happy even with only 10k not 15k or 20k.. 5k interval I had to send almost every month.. Do we need a new booklet?

my last service last month Jan 20.

they told me 10k is only for Civic.

because i drive 5000km in less than 1 month,
sometimes 20 days already exceed 5000.
would be damn happy if they extend it to 10k
