Anyone knows about the 100% Cash back for TNB bill payment using our Maybankard 2 cards Amex?
http://www.maybank2u.com.my/WebBank/tnb020513.pdf

I called the CS she told me this promotion only for American Express Charge Card and Islamic card and not for our MB2 card Amex.

I saw the website it included the picture of my Maybankard 2 Plat Amex.

The list from T&C included:
c) Maybank 2 Amex Platinum Credit Card.

Is the CS giving me wrong info??

if you already read the TnC which stated its only for Visa and Mastercard, why ask if AMEX is applicable to this contest?  hmm.gif

Anyone knows how the transaction limit in Maybank2U for bill payment? I am paying for 4 TNB bills but getting error transaction limit exceeded. The 2 bills I paid is less than RM1k in total...

Is there any transaction limit like we only can pay 2-3 bills for a period?
*
Specifically for payment of TNB bills via AMEX via maybank2u, the cap is on the total amount of payment, which is RM1000 per card per week.
No cap for numbers of bills. (ie, you have 1000 TNB bills of RM1 each, you can pay all)

If you holding 1 AMEX card, you may pay up to RM4000 per month.

Thanks for your reply and the info.
I guess i asked the wrong question. smile.gif

I mean the Maybankard 2 CC payment. When paying the bill for Maybankard 2 CC.
Do i need to pay the VISA/Master and AMEX card separately?

let say for this month:
VISA/Master spent rm100
AMEX spent rm400

for paying the bill, can i use IBG payment rm500? which card number i should pay to?
or i need to pay to VISA/Master rm100 then pay to AMEX rm400 seperately?
(still not a pain since IBG only rm0.10)

Thanks again tongue.gif

Usually I pay for my both cards separately as their total outstanding amount will not be combined together.

IBG now is only RM0.10, shouldn't be a problem anymore I guess?

you have to pay for what you use on the card, because the card have DIFFERENT card no.. if you use Amex rm400 & Visa rm100, you need to pay those card no according to your bill.. that means pay Amex card no RM400 & visa card no rm100..

and it is not possible to transfer payment from Amex bill to Visa bill.. you need to pay it directly to those card no respectively..

for example, it is like you have TNB bill and Syabas bill.. you need to pay it separately because of their different acc no..
