hello guys,

I am now filling the form to apply for this card. But got questions to ask

1) can I pay the cc bill tru maybank2u from my islamic saving account?

2) the form stated to fasten process, I must give also my latest 6 months saving account activity. but the problem is I am using cimb as my saving acc all this years and cannot retrieve the activity record unless I go to bank and ask. But since I so lazy to go to bank, can I just skip this documents?

thank you

Sure you can.
You don't have to unless someone from the credit card processing centre call you to submit it. When i applied mine, i didn't give my bank statement. Both my parents didn't give their bank statement either and they do not have any savings or current account with Maybank.

Thank you for the info smile.gif

Hi all, just got my cards last week.

I have a few questions to ask.

1) Only UNIFI bills can be paid using AMEX? I tried to pay electric bill and water bill but only have Mastercard option there.

2) TP shown in M2U is accumulation from the 2 cards is it?

3) If we spend on weekend, we get 5% cashback + TP or only cashback?

1) Can pay TNB too.
2) Combined from all cards.
3) For Amex, cashback + 5TP

Oh forgot to mention, I worked in Sabah to technically is not TNB. it is SESB.. tongue.gif

So TNB can, SESB can not...but how much TP I can earn if I pay to government related entities using Mastercard? Since in first page only mention AMEX are getting 2xTP.

Last Friday I swiped my MC card 2 times at Krabi but until today it still not updated in my M2U account. Usually how long it take to appear in M2U if using the card abroad?

guys, yesterday I go dine in at Kenny Rogers and I paid using Amex. They a bit late settling my bill and when they came to get my signature they said sorry for the late because using Amex on weekend got 10% discount.

Just now, when I check my transactions, I notice they charged me 2 times, 1 with no discount and other with the 10% discount.

what should I do now? just wait for the no discount charge to be credited back to me or call Maybank?

Thanks!
