QUOTE(kokocrun @ Jun 8 2006, 09:51 AM) Yes, it's possible to change the font. cooldreamer has modded the LP0015 for the Motorola RAZR V3i to a pixel font. Get it here under Files | Motorola RAZR V3i.name, you never know until you try. I believe the majority of the modifications listed within this thread are compatible with the V3x. porkchop, See here for some cl.gif files |

I like the look of the black OEM housing as well. They're comparitively cheaper in Malaysia than the prices on cnn.cn. How's the build quality, and how long did it take to replace the housing?

Which languages are included in LP0024? You should be able to find a lot of language packs at www.motox.us.

and hows the MMS limit after u flash the 67R? im asking this coz im still using the 35R that are on motox website. and it does receive MMS limit to 300kb. |

The language pack can be flashed to a V3i iTunes or V3i non-iTunes. They'll both work fine, no bricks and I can confirm this. I believe the bootloader is the same..
I actually have all the MMS stuff turned off in my seem 0032_0001. I never used it |

Yes, it'll brick your phone if you flash it with the wrong flash
I'm using the .67R build right now and happy with it. Heard some mixed feelings about some of the newer builds that are available, mostly in that the menus are slower to navigate. |

How's the build quality, and how long did it take to replace the housing? My first try, it took me 4 grueling hours (wasted some time due to the wrong sized Torx screw driver and the external screen which wont fit into the new housing). After the 1st attempt, I take around 30 - 60 minutes to open it and put it all back together. The front faceplate looks like OEM. But the plastic frame on the inside of it (the frame which holds the screw) is not tightly glued to the faceplate. So even if you screw it tight u'll still see a small gap between ur new front faceplate and the body. The same goes for the battery cover. The release button doesn't stick tight to the cover, so one of the side already "tercabut". I guess when u go and search for those non-OEM housings, try to compare with the original housing that you have. Oh BTW, I swapped back to my good old original housing This post has been edited by naziaf: Jul 4 2006, 02:34 PM |

Hi all, just found out that this 85R can receive MMS 300kb while the 67R only receive MMS 100kb. But it mostly is flex dependant, while i still wanna flash to 67R but the 100kb MMS limit turn me off.
Naziaf, hows the rubber screw cover thingy?any solution on it? This post has been edited by zen10: Jul 7 2006, 03:59 AM |

QUOTE(zen10 @ Jul 6 2006, 11:30 PM) Haven't found a solution yet. But I plan to chop off fractions of the rubber to make it fit.Come to think of it, the flip looks and feels nicer when closed without the rubber stopper. It's completely level with the microphone housing at the bottom. Of course, without the rubber, the keypad touches the screen but my screen is always dirty anyway cause I have sweaty palm |

Haha, well that means i gonna have to modify the rubber, anyway i still keep the rubber around.
And yetieater, I have found that we can backup our flex by using this utility. Heres the link http://www.motox.info/showthread.php?t=13503 |
