may I know can I use enrich mile to redeem on oneworld partner airline? thanks
*
You can, but no option online, unlike asiamiles....have to call the mas call centre....never done it before....

Might be easier to convert your cc points directly to asiamiles....

yeah I have roughly 600k euqivalent enrich miles which I earn from amex reserve but not yet converted to any loyalty program, I learn something from mr gen x and the best way/value to fly is to take business class and here I am. planning to go to Scandinavian on july/august next year. thanks for your info tishaban thumbsup.gif

Taking Emirates flight now allows you to obtain loyalty points either in Skyward Miles or Enrich Miles. Which one do you guys normally choose or is there a better loyalty program?
*
generally you will get the most miles with the operator's programme....so in this case if you take an ek flight use skywards....

if travelling mh, then collect in enrich....eg, if you travel in l,v,s class, you get 85% miles in enrich but only 50% in skywards....

Talking about class of travel, mh does not state the class of booking on the eticket they send you...is there anyway of finding it out, without having to call thrm directly?

You manage your own flight bookings or you have someone to do the flight booking for you?
*
booked on line....i don't have the luxury of people doing it for me....in any case, even for official travels, i rather book myself and collect points on my cc...just claim later...

those normally booked through the MH website do not give the exact class code....

but those booked with enrich redemption do show the actual class....

i noticed before, if i call them and make some changes, the updated eticket will show the class code....

the code will tell us the exact percentage of miles...and allow us to check with allied ff programmes what percentage they will give....sometimes that can help decide which programme to credit the miles to....

Was it booked on their website?

If yes they should have sent you a copy of the itinerary with the flight details etc.

Scroll down a bit to fare rules they'll be a bracketed code next to your route KUL-MEL (ZGDHDH). First letter is your fare class.
*
Ok, got that....I normally just print from the final confirmation page upon booking...never look at the email they send...

Just checked the emails, yes they have that code in the fare rules at the bottom...

Thanks!

I think it's London too, guessing by the backdrop used.
But as the promo says family, maybe it's only applicable for 3 or 4 tickets and above
*
what advert?....can't see anything in the website?...

Domestic gates never have any priority boarding row... everybody rushes to the front on boarding....to get 'priority' boarding you need to fight through the crowd....even AirAsia have better boarding for premium passengers ...

You gold or platinum huh?

*
Silver...hence my comment...don't see any significant benefit...

Normal check in is often as fast as business....no real priority boarding at the gate...and 25% more miles make little impact, since most of the miles are from cc conversion...

sloppy management...

and just found their booking website is pretty useless...did not capture one booking, in spite of being done while logged in....not possible to change booking on line (option there but always blacked out)....online i see an earlier flight for rm200 extra....and when calling their CC the fare is full price 1000 extra!!....

the redemption website is poorly constructed....it defaults the lowest redemption class...without options to choose a higher redemption class...doesn't display any promotion discounts....(unless you are regular and know the normal miles, you wouldn't know if it's discounted)...

the entire mh online system is bad....their booking website has been buggy for a long time....sometimes cannot capture your bookings automatically although booked logged in....cannot capture bookings with pnr entered...cannot capture enrich redemption bookings...and obviously separated from the enrich website...

most other airlines automatically captures all bookings done in your name/ff number....see everything in one site....
