QUOTE(zstan @ Apr 22 2025, 10:35 AM) something wrong with the email also. it doesn't trigger the calendar on google apps when booking. or maybe it's just my phone Most of the time it will not capture in the app nor in the calendar.. have to try multiple times before it does. Now a new glitch. I have lost bookings by other passengers already previously captured. They have disappeared.

QUOTE(47100 @ May 9 2025, 09:33 PM) you get lounge access everywhere that mas/one world partner flies to..with your gold/plat status. If you fly a Oneworld airline that is.

Those with Enrich Platinum/Oneworld Emerald, if flying (any class) with a Oneworld airline, have access to a "First Class" Lounge. Not every airline have First Class lounges, but those who does, it can be very good.
I went to Melbourne Qantas First Class Lounge flying Y with MH using my Enrich Platinum status (by default, MH will direct you to a rather lousy Marhaba Lounge). It is one class above MH's own First Class Lounge at KLIA, and 3 classes over the CC access lounges like PPL or Marhaba. Table service ala-cart menu, with very good choices freshly cooked on site. Extensive wine list.
They also have a First Lounge in Changi, so if you are flying MH to KUL, can also use that lounge, if your flight timing fits (Changi lounge restricted hours based on the 380s evening schedule.)

QUOTE(ericlaiys @ May 12 2025, 08:15 PM) i'm gold also can went to thailand miracle lounge - first class & business class. just tried this last 2 days, they allow me to access the lounges that welcome gold/platinum or business/first, they are basically gold/business lounges. The dedicated 1st class/platinum/emerald lounges, lower tiers including gold or business class passengers cannot enter.

QUOTE(47100 @ May 12 2025, 11:18 PM) Still depends on which one world partner .. Example: Im on Y fare MH transiting via Doha with enrich plat, they reserve their first class lounge to own airline only (Qatar), their partners will be directed to gold/plat lounges. I expect emerald would be treated same across all partner.. Sorry, I should have added that Qatar is the exception. That is because they actually have 2 sets of lounges: one for Oneworld partners, and one purely for their own premium customers. They actually have 2 Gold/Platinum lounges, I have been to both, they do have ala carte menu too, but the choices are limited. Of course I cannot try their own flagship lounges...

QUOTE(kahwaiCoyG @ Jul 15 2025, 12:36 AM) Anyone know why the enrich point redeem from maybank is not with the 20% extra? I do it via website and I can see the point reflected in my MAS apps but not the extra 20% Mine is reflected immediately. I redeemed 8000miles, immediately credited 9600 miles.

QUOTE(70U63 @ Sep 23 2025, 08:49 PM) 12,000 points = 1,000 enrich point. 1.2 mil points = over 80k+ enrich point. U sendiri tukar business class air ticket... Some ppl prefer cash (for example, tng coupon, although not worth it). Can get a J ticker to Australia.

QUOTE(hihihehe @ Oct 10 2025, 03:40 PM) or maybe fly to hk and have wanton mee for lunch then come back btw, it i get the gold status, it wont downgrade on following year right? it only downgrade the year after if i never meet elite points? Once you reach status, you get to enjoy that status immediately, then the whole of the next year, and then till end of March the following year. That's why sometimes, the Domestic Lounge also almost like fishmarket.

QUOTE(torres09 @ Oct 13 2025, 01:40 PM) Taipei J return lowest can get 43000 points. But the plane is old A333 so the product is a bit dated already. Get one of the throne seats, better than the new aircrafts.

QUOTE(ericlaiys @ Oct 29 2025, 08:39 PM) https://enrich.malaysiaairlines.com/enrich/...ciVEOd_rM7259PASo many point to reach platinum, look like can only enjoy 1 years [2026] & aim for gold The Golden Lounges are too crowded nowadays, too easy to get status. Hopefully with this change, it will reduce the crowds. There isn't really much advantage with platinum status anyway, only access to the first class lounge at KLIA.

QUOTE(mdziaf @ Nov 7 2025, 05:26 PM) Just reread the changes, platinum companion also will not be able to bring guest. So now per group (assuming 1 platinum + 1 platinum companion) only 3 people can go in the lounge instead of 4.. So they finally decided to differentiate between the plat member and the spouse. Well it was good while it lasted.

QUOTE(ben3003 @ Nov 19 2025, 11:53 AM) Guys, this enrich website owes submit claim missing miles but error what can i do? Very headache everytime i fly on qatar airways i give my enrich number to counter but always not showing in my enrich member. End of the year already i need to get to silver. Because passport name owes mess up during booking. I have english name with my chinese name but passport not showing, so boarding pass always need use my last chinese name as last name. Then owes problem during claiming miles.sigh Always use the passport name to book. To even make it more confusing, the Malaysian passport has NO (No No NO) "given name". By the ICAO convention, you whole name in the Malaysian Passport is your SURNAME. I regularly run into trouble with Australian immigration during checkin with SQ. MH seems to be ok. I have given up and changed my KF membership name to conform with my passport. Was: given name: Ah Kow surname: Tan Now: (as officially in my passport) given name: FNU surname: Tan Ah Kow
