Bro may I know what card you're using? I just called Maybank and they said need about 14 working days for the Enrich miles to be credited into account..damn long wait leh how come yours the next day can be credited already?

The 10% additional miles valid for all Maybank cards?

Thanks, just called in to convert and they confirmed the 10% additional miles. Hopefully will come in time so I can use in conjunction with the Enrich promo redemption ending this Sunday

i am using maybank 2 card

both me and my girl friend redeemed this week (for many times), all got the miles the next day.

call center agent will tell you 14 days, because they dont want to set a high expectation, dont want card holder everyday call back to follow up..

Maybank - no need call everyday lah, They very efficient. All you need to do is log into your Enrich Account and see if the miles are there. For my case usually within 3 days. But one time it was credited the next day!

UOB on 2 occasions after 1 month check Enrich Account also not credited in!!! Had to call them on both times only they credit in - within a day or 2.

Just called and redeem 27k miles. CSO said all depends on MAs Enrich process time, she cant assure for the guarantee 10% before promo end

maybank 2 cards. redeemed on 4 Nov but till today not credited. call mbb, they say they have submitted, pls ask enrich. call mas, ask me to wait, they "check".
citi premier miles. redeemed on 4 Nov, credited within 2 days.
maybe mbb slow. maybe mas "play wayang" to save 10%. dunno.

you see, every few days i call in to redeem, all credited the next day.
all my point got 10% extra

just few min ago, i called to redeem again, this time redeem 8k enrich, and hopefully tomorrow can get it.

i also check my point balance everyday, maybank deducted my point after few min i hook off the phone, and next day i get enrich miles credited

maybank card center quite efficient, yesterday dinner time 715pm called to do redemption
this morning credited, with the extra 10%

less than 24 hours..

Get 29700 this morning. done

May I ask a question about the redemption?
For business class upgrade, u buy a economy flight ticket first and upgrade later? or direct redeem the ticket from Enrich?

You can upgrade with Qmiles only, not Enrich.

Where are you going? Paris/London/Amsterdam or Auckland?

I've been always curious about this, is it worthwhile to purchase a MH Smart and then upgrade with 80k return? Do you still need to pay the tax and fees? Why not just do a full redemption + 127,500EM (with 15% online redemption) + tax and fee?

need fare class MH Basic will do, no need MH Smart

because i am going with my wife, dont have enough miles to redeem return trip in business class


upgrade redemption for zone 5, per way per person cost RM300 (tax and surcharge)
