Press your accelerator hard every time you drive. Your battery level will be high all the time. Monitor it using the ECOScore page

Someone broke my PC's front passenger screen and took my working bag away at Damansara Jaya on the 18th Dec 2012.The following day I called Toyota SC for the replacement and they quoted me RM450 and RM 100(installation fee)unfortunately, they call me later saying that they don't have stock at any Toyota center. The soonest I can get the screen will be in the middle of January 2013 as there will be a shipment on the 27th Dec. I told Toyota has sold a few thousand units of PC throughout Malaysia and they don't even have replacement for the passenger seat's screen and more over it is no harm of keeping items like these for a long period of time as there are no expiry date not like food. Finally one of the foreman found one screen for me and said I have to wait until 24th Dec for the arrival of the screen (which is in the East Coast Malaysia) and installation for the fixing on the 26th Dec.

Never leave the bag inside the car. That's the lesson.

Did you install the safety film?

Actaully, leaving bag on the passenger seats will invite unwanted people to break into your car (just a matter of time). Installing security/safety tint can prevent people from breaking your windows and snatch your items. Should leave your bag in area that is lightly to be notice.
Even if you left your laptop in your boot, it still not safe as laptop can be detect even poweroff.
Another tip would be for those that like to press thier remote control from far, be wary as people may trap you frequency and then unlock your car while you are not around.
With my new PC (Black Mica) coming in, i will be sure to get security tint on it, yet i am still looking for some good offer.

Please let us know which SC is this.

This is one of the risk of CBU car, parts not stocked and have to wait.

I did mine from a groupon deal. But before I buy I did my homework..go check the shop first and call up the sole distributor to check if this shop was legit or not cos was skeptical all this cheap deals. Mine was for a Llumar tint. It was and got it done . Result? Happy as a pig in a puddle! Best thing I didn't even need to buy the groupon voucher..the shop gave me the same price smile.gif

Car registration number selection charge is RM210 for JPJ Selangor. I guess the same charge applies to other states as well. What you need to do:
1. Fill up the JPJ form with the new car owner information and signature.
2. A copy of the new car owner Mykad (front and back)
3. Go to JPJ, take ur q number and wait. Make sure u have 3 to 4 reg number options in your mind or just write them on a piece of paper.
4. Your number is up, approach the counter, give the form and mykad copy and tell them the number that you want. If not available then tell them your second option and so on.
5. If number is available then you pay the RM210 charges and the counter rep will give you the confirmation slip or just printout on your form.
6. That is your registration number for your new car and you have to register it within 1 month. Else, JPJ forfeit your money and the number is back into the selection pool.
7. Give the confirmation slip or the form to your car SA to proceed with the registration.

All my cars and bike having nice three digit numbers. smile.gif

I agree. Buying this car has disciplined metro drive slow send steady. Perhaps CRZ is a proper hybrid for speeding. Hehe ...

You can survey here on lowyat forum as well for the audio dvd head unit. But then if anything happened on the wiring, bear it on your own cost as the warranty is void.
