I don't think you can check item unless you ship with at least registered SAL. Normal SAL is like normal mail. If lost, then byebye liao lor. Last time i kena the special Haruhi Figma + PSPgame, it was released during CNY and i naively used SAL. Item never came

Never had any issues shipping from Amiami using that method for the past 6, 7 years. |

QUOTE(ascentic @ Mar 7 2013, 02:23 PM) How to check the item? I only got the this email from them. That mean they 23 Feb post ur motored. My side (Penang) normally for SAL (Registered/unregistered) they took 2 weeks +- to arrived. If more than 3 weeks... then should be said bye bye to ur motored. So just wait another 2 days and see... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Avoid using SAL (unregistered) at New Year, CNY, Raya and Christmas seasons. Sure say bye bye to ur item. Use SAL registered is the best, if you not rush for your item. Because using EMS / SAL still under the same ppl (pos Malaysia) handle. Just faster few day only. |

Meanwhile, it feels like a thread for shipping methods and options is needed, with this many questions about them. Doesnt feel like figma trend after while. Or maybe just a link to the FAQ shipping section of each online retailer is sufficient. http://www.amiami.com/top/page/t/faq2.html http://www.1999.co.jp/faq_e.asp?Typ1_c=101#s2 Problem is whether people actually wanna read or not before asking, Can thread starter like pin these links up at OP? Need Help, anyone who own figma like BGS or BRS TV ver. Or any figma with sticky clothing, anyway to polish them??? I heard that using Vinyl care product will do the trick, but is it safe against the paint job?? Any other tips to keep them dust free and not sticky?

QUOTE(ascentic @ Mar 10 2013, 12:56 AM) Thanks for the like Well, I don't really know about others as I only order from Amiami, even though they do have quite a numbers of complaint in internet reported, I just got problem once with the recent package where one parts is totally missing from the box while the box is perfectly handled, I seriously don't understand how that happen. It just when I open the box, it wasn't there.Mine is as below detail, including Shipping using SAL, without tracking number.. that really scared the Sh*t out of me.. once I know it will get lost.. so better use SAL with tracking number 20-Feb-2013 HOBYSARCHI TOKYO JP ¥3,091.00 RM104.47 Have to filed a complaint and pay another 1000yen to get back the missing parts. Well, practically Amimi is cheaper than any other place at normal times for normal items, sad they do not take in any limited items for figure, most of the times. I use only SAL (registered, cause generally safer) so far because it's at least 25% cheaper than EMS and most of the times, it reaches my place around 1 week or so, never got up until 2 weeks. |

The thing that I confused here, the date they mentioned in their policy, is it the start from the date customer received the item or the date they posted the item? |
