Well, I don't really know about others as I only order from Amiami, even though they do have quite a numbers of complaint in internet reported, I just got problem once with the recent package where one parts is totally missing from the box while the box is perfectly handled, I seriously don't understand how that happen. It just when I open the box, it wasn't there.
Have to filed a complaint and pay another 1000yen to get back the missing parts.

Well, practically Amimi is cheaper than any other place at normal times for normal items, sad they do not take in any limited items for figure, most of the times.
I use only SAL (registered, cause generally safer) so far because it's at least 25% cheaper than EMS and most of the times, it reaches my place around 1 week or so, never got up until 2 weeks.

The thing that I confused here, the date they mentioned in their policy, is it the start from the date customer received the item or the date they posted the item?

then of course is already over 7days la, I used SAL, it's already over 10days when I receive the item.

Btw, the currency rates are slightly different here and there so you can use them as reference only.
Of course, I'm not saying that the rates are differences by a lot, but it will have very minor difference even from 1 bank to another bank.
