Celcom just called me today to collect my replacement phone. Sent it on 7th sept. That's like 6 working days only, can't complain much =D

Those that have problem with celcom, don't waste time calling 1111, those ppl know nothing, instead u can lodge a report on their FB customer service, reply is fast and they will get things done.

I think maybe carrier update on Celcom for iOS 7. Because iPhone 5 users on Maxis always show "LTE" logo in iOS 7. Before this, when I was on iOS 7 Beta 2, the LTE logo still there. Until I updated to Beta 3 onward, there no more and now it show "4G". I don't like it.

maybe maxis and celcom still no carrier update officially from iOS 7 in the system for LTE, so it only show generic logo(4G)

I'm on maxis, it does shows LTE instead of 4G.

Try updating the carrier settings to the latest one. I'm on maxis 15.1
