Bro, IMO you can go to change the sim card, only not for free since you are new Celcom user (not more than 6 month)s. Celcom will charge you about RM5 add into your bil for the new sim card change. No need the invitation, I do not received any invitation from celcom also. i just go to the blue cube sunway piramid and ask them to change my nano sim to 4G LTE nano sim.

Eh, we can still go to Blue Cube Sunway Pyramid or Menara Celcom to change the LTE SIM right now?! Does anyone know about this? Want to confirm.  smile.gif

FYI, I do not receive any invitation from celcom and I did changed the new 4G LTE nano Sim at Blue Cube Sunway pyramid. After that only my phone can receive LTE signal. Before I cahnge the sim, I only got 3G even though I have update the carrier to CELCOM 14.1 and at Sunway Pyramid area (where's the LTE signal is available).

Guys, just spoke to the Customer Service Representative in Menara Celcom Blue Cube. They said the 4G SIM card at their place has no stock for walk in customer and it just for customers who received invitation from SMS/MMS.

The walk in customer have to wait at a moment until further notice by Celcom.

I have arguing with them at first sinc they said it's only for invitation customers. It's weird when I explained to them that it also open to all Postpaid Subsribers who have mobile internet, cause I already changed the 4G SIM at Sunway Pyramid Blue Cube and got no invitation at all

Then they called the office and they said can but no stock in their place. So guys, if you still want to change.. please go to Sunway Pyramid and try your luck (if still have stock la).

Just got my sim card replaced to nanosim with 4G LTE support at Menara Celcom Jalan Semarak. Similar excuse about no stock, but I pushed for with reason that I'm leaving for work outside the country tonight, and I need the sim card immediately (which is true anyway).

Here's my speed test as I sped away from Menara Celcom, Jalan Semarak and Jalan Tun Razak towards Bukit Bintang.

Now I alternate between Celcom LTE(on iPhone 5) and Maxis LTE(on HTC ONE and SGS4) data package subscribed 2 weeks ago. Will be terminating YES4G soon.

Oh, lucky u. This morning I go there with my 2 colleagues, they said no stock. Really pissed me off.

Blue Cube Sunway Pyramid people there more friendly and willing to swap SIM. Better go to Pyramid.

Btw this is my latest speedtest I've made in my office.

Guys, Celcom BlueCube customer service is so poor. Please mention 4G LTE when you request for sim upgrading. Otherwise, they may likely give you a normal or standard one. They even gave me a standard prepaid sim despite that I'm a postpaid user. smile.gif
