It would be ridiculous to make customers all line up just to change sim cards.

I've changed my both SIM cards for my iPhone 5 & iPad Mini. Now I'm at Sunway Pyramid area. LTE signal have shown after I change it less than an hour ago. Speed quite okay I guess. Around 30Mbps near Starbucks.

Exactly. I ady updated carrier settings. Just want to know anyone who can get LTE without changing sim card. Anyway my current location is not in KL, so most probably won't be getting anything.

Tried looking in celcom's website, nothing mentioned.

Is it compulsory to have the latest iOS in order to get the Carrier Settings Update? I'm stil using iOS 6.0.2 though.
After successfully update Carrier, what is the latest version number then?

U change sim on d spot activate? Or must wait 24 hours? I got my lte sim.. Now waiting d activation

I wait only 10minutes than the 3G signal dissapeared. Then I changed the sim on spot..

You update the carrier setting wont affect your iOS version.

What is the current carrier version for LTE? 14.x? And anyone on ios7 receive the carrier update?

Before change to new sim, i cant get LTE signal.. Just now my LTE sim activated, got my LTE signal

When i open about is prompted option to update carrier
Now i have the lte toggle on! But sadly my place no lte haha

so its confirmed for celcom, need changed the SIM to use LTE even tho u already update the carrier list and have LTE enabled.

iOS7 won't get prompted with carrier update option

Celcom is quite troublesome indeed, why need change LTE simcard ? WTH....

I never get any LTE bars on my iPhone before I go change simcard. After I install new simcard then the LTE appeared.
So, no matter how you tried you still need to change the simcard

Yup.. Outside sunway mall, got full bar LTE.. Tomorrow gonna test at alamanda, tmn equine, cyberjaya..
