I'm using IP4S, can I go to sunway and change for lte 4g micro simcard?

LOL, im not blaming you, i was going to queensbay mall today to buy some supplies and watch movies anyway. it happen i remembered there's bluecube there and simply asked.

Surprisingly there was one Ah Pek (like 50s) and one Ah Beng (early 20s with piercing and colored hair) inside the counter talking very loudly, they dont even know what is LTE and they're surprised when i said Iphone 5 got LTE

"Iphone 5 got 4G MEh????" Celcom no teach us how to activate woorr"

They know nothing basically. I ported in from digi last time there and their service is so shitty and the porting process took them more than a week to process

I also hv bad experience with their CS, basically they know nut.

Just went to sunway bluecube their nano sim is out of stock but they can cut the normal sim to nano sim n are usable.. N thr place is so cool, door open on its own when customer arrive, feel like a boss hehe

U better check with the CS properly, they may not know u wan to change to LTE sim card.

Does anyone knows how the cellular data usage are counted ? Per day or per hour ? I greatly appreciate if anyone can help me out figuring this.

If we use celcom and send a text message to 22188 "VOL STATUS" , they will update us with the data usage, I wanted to know if I check as of now (2;45 pm and use let say 100mb of data) , when will the 100mb data be taken into consideration ? Instantly?

Greatly appreciate any help ><

How long it takes to activate the new 4g sim? Its been an hour already, the cs said 1hr, but my current sim is still usable..

I changed my SIM last saturday and it only took about 10 minutes after they fill up the form. biggrin.gif
Where do you change your SIM? My colleague changed her SIM just now and CSR said after working hour they activate it. So it depend on their effort though tongue.gif

According to cs told me, is few hours delay, they also don't know exactly how long.

Been enjoying "Sorry you are not subscribed to any plans" for almost 2 years, started last week after they launched LTE then only starts showing my quota sad.gif
