well what is your current character level?
your personal story level?
what race did you choose for your character?

leveling up your character will make it easier to progress your personal story.

you can visit lions arch via asura warp gate portals, and then from there, enter the towns of other races, then explore their starter zones, do the quests (hearts) there for exp, do the dynamic events there, etc.

if you were being more specific with your earlier post then perhaps i could have post more specific replies catering to your needs.

so, do provide us with more info if you wish more help.

actually, there are various way of leveling....

the proper way which i should say pretty slow for a casual, and the toxic way which is pretty fast

proper way - open map (waypoint, point of interest, vista, skill point) , and do event and personal story, all the way to 80.

toxic way - queensdale champion run

there is also very expensive but extremely fast way - crafting

This was the best f***ing thing ever back in the day. Ez levels ez life via cooking & discovery.

Yeah, correct.. crafting can level up very fast.. I have gotten from lvl 1 to lvl80 in 1hr but i know some have done in even faster as they are very well versed in the game. But by doing this it spoils the actual experience you get on the character. You wont be using any lower lvl gear as your char is lvl80

Revoir/ Mesmer/ Max level 80.

However I may be playing casually. I am no longer active as in really active everyday login like before.

Ive checked in game and before I left the game last time i already had my 100% map explore(?)
and now seems like few of interest points added mm hmm.
not sure if i still have my 100% shiny badge on my character or not

Great to be back casually. At least now I won't burn out by playing too hardcore

actually the game has undergone few major map/landscape changes, the most affected is Kessex Hill.

I still havent explore much yet. The last time i login, i was stranded on some beach seashore near lion's gate.
The first thing i did was, I went to WvW and saw the map nows different eh?
I just like wvw in this game. I'll try explore more. I havent login this game for awhile now. Maybe ill try login again within this few days and see where it goes.

I received quite a lot of serious crash to desktop due to OOM. Any ways to repair this? Im on 32 bit W8.1 currently.
