last year they released a new expansion call Riders of Rohan which increased the level cap to 85...

well in this game, you don't level up simply by killing mob, that would be very slow indeed. instead you do heart reknown mission, dynamic event, do dailies etc....

haha..guild bank access.. to curb gold selling....

cash shop item in this game are purely optional and mostly convinience, something that you can live without and still be on par with other players.... not like typical korean/chinese f2p game where you have to purchase item at cash shop to enchant armor/weapon +15 etc......

on population, i would say they are very high on all 24 North american servers, not sure about European servers. most players are in the level 80 now so most of them play in the high level area. however you could still see them do low level event hunting down bosses for chest.

this is MMO. people will play it for at least another 3 years, just like the original Guild Wars. if you're talking about malaysian, i'm not sure, but globally people will play it for another 3 or 4 years at least.....

the original Guild Wars last 7 years....

the versioning (NA and EU) are only for registration purposes. they want you to support the particular distributor for the region supported by a particular version.

which means :

1. if you are from a country supported by the NA version, you have to buy the NA version for you to complete the registration.

2. if you are from a country supported by the EU version, you have to buy the EU version for you to complete the registration.

3. once registered, you'll be able to play from anywhere in the world.




regarding servers :

1. most players on LYN play on Sea of Sorrows in CCTV guild.

2. few others play in on Crystal Desert (HAX guild), also on Sanctum of Rall (AFS guild) etc......
