S2020..? Right, this notebook is not meant for gaming, bear in mind. It's an AMD, so don't expect great battery life. For worksheets, it should be fine.

Yea, for S series, the heat comes from the hdd and ventilator. I am sure other most S series are so. Get a bigger backpack or sling bag if u wanna load more stuffs.

guanteik, since the heat come from Hdd, will it harm the hdd in long term? And those lowyat notebook cooler pad will help?

u mean the heat from the side or from middle? if from middle bottom, it is caused by the hdd. anything will kong in the long term, am i right? cooler should be fine, but wun help much compared to well ventilated area or in an air conditioned room.

just got myself a S2110. Luv it.
i can even trace whoever touched the laptop because the fingerprints just stays there. need to put a cloth together and clean it constantly.

anyway. i charged it for the first time for 10hours.
and this morning 11am i on it to download 1 game which didnt work, another 1 has problem and finally last one Black and White 2 works.
The game is kinda lagging though. even i switch the details to lowest and 680x480.
Then at around 1330hours. The battery went DEAD.
It is normal? i only test out the game for a while.

y get this unit when you wanna do gaming? It's normal that the battery for this unit lasts mere 2.5 hours or less. depending on usage.

i didnt get it for gaming. i just need a windows laptop bcos i got ibook.
anyway, i thought at least i can play some older but fun games..

anybody knows why my s2110 batt cannot last more than 2h plus?
is it because i use it for gaming?
but even if i use for surfing also didnt last me very long.
it makes me love my Ibook more bcos it last me 4 hours.

hehe..i m slow..until now i havent even know how to use the application button next to the on/off button. anyonne?

Ohh.. that one... next to on off button got two... when you press application... there are 4 application for you to select.... when you press agian.. it goes down to player

to change your program... you can go to control panel --> Application Panel

to set your program over there.... as for me... i always use notepad... I set it to notepad and calculator....

and that button can be use for security purposes

if lock.u need to enter the combination key 1-4 then press enter.then ur laptop can be on

if not, u cannot switch on your laptop

hello.. my dad planning to buy a fujitsu laptop... so i am researching which model is best for him... i am thinking of duo core laptop... however... the lastest model u guys brought is S2110 which is using AMD.... is that processor as good as duo core?

Another S2020 reporting in.. quite happy with it.. only problem so far my AC sensor.. changed it FOC coz still on warranty.. but secretly dreaming of an P7120, S7020 or S6240.. BTW, when wifi-ing, only get around 1 hrs worth
