Hi. I am a new staff just join-in the Fujitsu family.

I must admit I’ve a rather difficult time in making deal with normal customer. I believe most of the senior shared the same worries before; u might have experienced what I feeling now (low confident) as a beginner (salesperson). I knew there is a lot to talk about Fujitsu products with entrepreneur or business owner (and I’m still learning), but, I have no idea on how to approach SOHO customer.

To make our laptop or tablet look appealing to customer who bought it for personal use is just too difficult to me, average ppl for eg graphic and video designer choose Apple, Japan fans craving mostly looked for Toshiba, gamers and employees choose other brands rather than Fujitsu, students just go with cheaper price lappy such as Dell or Acer.

Brother and sister in Fujitsu, any tips or selling points u willing to share?

Most gratitude and thanks for ur reply! http://static.lowyat.net/style_images/1/fo...icons/icon1.gif
