Hey guys...i would like to ask about pulang balik, if pay back by using online banking (through saving acc), is still using back the old "nombor rujukan" ?
I heard someone said that they now updated system and need we need new "nombor rujukan" when pay back?....anyone recently just pay back through bank?

if you took two loans or more, let's say one for diploma and one for degree, you may need to jot down the loan reference number, which you are paying to.

If you just take one loan, your IC is enough.

FYI, i'm using CIMB to pay for the PTPTN before, which charge 50cent/transaction..... i just using the "nombor rujukan" + IC number, is this still the same?.....worry if "nombor rujukan" changed, then i might failed to done payment....

you need "nombor rujukan" also when paying via online banking.

I'm not sure about old & new number, mine is 4 digits only which I use on maybank2u without probs.

When is your last time to done the payment via Maybank2u?....how much maybank2u will charge?

Ptptn has yet to bank in my money this semester, Im nearly bankrupt due to their lateness..boooks,assignments,projects..damn i need money.Not to forget shopping .

I graduated in 2002,l oan started in 1999, so mine is 4848 (4 digit)

they are defintely sleeping this sem....even the application also they did not do anything to it yet

Im studying in IPTA and i eventually din take PTPTN is my 1st sem...now in in 2nd year, i would like to take it now...is there any possible way to get it ?do i have to register on9 or what ?heard that there is no forms available nowdays....can any1 plz help me this this pblm..?wud appreciate it alot..Thank you

My current account which PTPTN banks in only have the atm card, it is better if I apply for the book right?

Bank like Maybank and CIMB Bank don't provide the customers with saving book already, only the ATM card which is also the saving account book.
It is better to have an online banking system to keep track on the transactions.
As for my case, PTPTN will bank in to my CIMB account and I have no saving account book too, I find it a bit hassle but it is solved when I applied for online banking using the ATM.

If you are referring to CIMB which I assumed it is because PTPTN usually only banks in to CIMB or Bank Islam.
