this is along berlesen. anybody can apply. if you're working, you can try to workaround your payment with EPF, like delay your study for a semester or two when there's not enough fund in account 2.

the 3000 actually is for initial payment. if you're dirt poor, and can't afford the initial payment and cost, you can apply for Wang Pendahuluan Pinjaman and you'll get the payment a week before registration. the 3000 is gross income for household. mean if 3 people staying with you are working, then you must combine all 3 gross income and it must be less than 3000.

if you're not qualified for this Wang Pendahuluan Pinjaman, you can always lie about your household income, they not gonna check.

you know what is gross income right? otherwise go sit for STPM first. they have a subject called Pengetahuan Am where you'll have a chance to learn to differentiate gross vs net of anything.

anyway, my fren got the ptptn in full, but have to pay half? and dun have to score in exam! wanna know how?? easy, just made urself into lb for 3 semester (not continuously) for 6 sems and 4 sems for 8 sems! it works.. seriously.. and for the subject u failed for, u can take it again as repeat subject..

yea..workers also can apply for ptptn especially teachers..but i think for full time student only

I wonder why my IC and PTPTN ID didn't match and not recognised in the system .. anyone from E-Rayuan that have registered for the IPTA have done it?

I applied through the website for my course of Bacherlor of Psychology in HELP uni (IPTS) on 26th june 2007, so it should be shown in the list of the 2nd batch whether my application is accepted or rejected rite?but it seems that my IC is not even there, but when i check at SEMAKAN/SEMAKAN DATA PEMINJAM YANG BELUM DISAHKAN, TIDAK LAYAK DAN DITAHAN BAYAR BAGI SEMESTER JULAI 2007, it says Form Processed. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
