Of course you will know is it tandem or individual, but do u know where does it located?

When I buy , they said the plan is not yet out.. so they cant show me. Now it is out.. u can double check it..

Parking lot is another issue, never trust what is verbally conveyed to you until you get the black and white...

Same goes with the 99 years lease renewal.. keep chasing them for the black and white.. if you do care about your purchases.. smile.gif

We have experiences that lot of unforeseen items promised by the developer but not in the documents are unlikely to be fulfilled.. so, it will be best if you can have the document written down.. I believe SHC can do it, since they are cash rich in this line.. biggrin.gif

i thought it has fully sold quite sometime ago? or they are launching new blocks?

No la, nvr fully sold. About 60% last check a month a go.

Jimmylee, why do you say "the car park plan is out". It was out since launching- only reveal to those who had made booking. if you make the booking- am sure it is printed in the booking slip. they had also shown the layout during booking but not hard copy given.

Though, the lay out is in the SPA, with and unit clearly marked. Have you got it?

i recall 900 sqft get 2 individual parking, while 1200sqft get 3 parking, of which 2 is in tandem.

There is hardly anyone on the site or hardly any activity. What is the Developer waiting for? they should not wait until they finish selling. 60 percent is sufficient to kick start unless the 60 percent is just window dressing and developer is just counting on their name.

I realize lately that its now a trend by developer not to complete the condominium or high rise within the standard 36 months. They give reasons like its a mixed development blah blah blah.. however when we see the actual physical activity, there is hardly any people working for the first 12 months.

Well, is they have not got enough sales, they can't recover enough construction progress billing. This will sure have impact to their cash flow, be it small or large scale developer.

To start w, this SPA is 45 months.... It is darn long and probably most SPA weren't signed few months after launching. They could risk to delay few months And pay LAD to a small group of buyers n still make sense to them.

Ya wo.... din realized this. Actually it is like old news since 21st Nov.
It takes 28 months for completion, which probably means excludes various accessories, ID, M&E.

Personally... means both the investment i vested in ( Rimbayu Chimes) and this are very much linked.

I remember during I sign the SPA the lawyer have give me a letter saying to extend the land lease to 99 years by developer cost. I brought a unit here is not because of blar blar blar! is because of SHC. as your earlier mentioned your have bad experience for the passed, and I also facing too. That why from now onward only looking good developer to invest, those ah chi ah kow development I will kick out from my list.

Actually SHC built quality also quite moderate relatively if compare the price of the property and their name. Been to few of their projects including condo and bungalow at seputeh. ....so so only. Certain material really cheap

Not to be offensive here ...just my experience.

I had been targeting this place since 2 years ago but unfortunately they decide to launch it 1 year delay which I already decide to purchase Urbana instead.

I like Potpourri location due to Citta Mall next to it. But with the price of 900+ psf..it's really hard for mid range buyer to buy it.
