last time their SA called me and told me that its around RM660psf...now became RM880psf?
Ara having too much new development coming such as H20, Urbana and etc. Can SHC sustain the market with so much choices there? |

good location but unfortunately the price is abit on high side which I think small investor like me wont dare to invest on it

I had been targeting this place since 2 years ago but unfortunately they decide to launch it 1 year delay which I already decide to purchase Urbana instead.
I like Potpourri location due to Citta Mall next to it. But with the price of 900+ psf..it's really hard for mid range buyer to buy it. |
