Are the pricings serious ? Close to myr 1000 psf in AD. This is going to be painful when all the condos in AD vp one by one. I can only say good luck !

SHC got the pricing terribly wrong for this project. They thought they are still in BU/DU where they have virtual monopoly on the prime land. Outside BU/DU , they are just another cinapek company who doesnt impress upon buyers on their design and quality and yet want to charge premium as if they are top tier ( in quality ) developer

I was in disbelieve when i first heard of their pricing.

I think for those live near citta mall , not a bad location to go for family meals cause got open air and convenience parking and the restaurants not that bad. But it stops there , except for maybe a harvey norman, really no content inside. Even the grocery store cannot la.
