However, below are my opinion:

1) Pod filter does NOT increase horse power! No doubt!
2) But I felt it so real!!!! I can felt the car is much faster when I sprint it!!!! Some called it butt dyno, officially placebo
3) My explanation is, due to low restriction on open pod, whilst there isn't any airbox to restrict hot air being sucked in, therefore there's chance that hot air being sucked in that crippled the low end torque as burning incomplete due to hot air/fuel mixture.
4) For the same reason as #3, when airbox is not present, time taken for complete suction is slower. As a result, low end torque koyak.

5) BUT!!!!!! Due to low restriction, mid range sprint will be greatly improved. Therefore, it's NOT placebo.
6) Then why in the hell people can prove changing to pod filter will deter original power? Here's what I've seen on most comparison between stock vs performance filter.



We all know, none of the above statement are false claim. Anti modify group of people(such as those supported by insurance company, mod car means higher chance of accident), they will use the PEAK HORSEPOWER reading to tell you after modded there's very little improvement or basically make you less horse power. Whereas the performance filter company will always take the SIGNIFICANT different in torque/horsepower at the mid range RPM to poison their customer - which is true, how often do we go topped out 200kmh on our Base Line Model vehicle? Why would I bother to have 1 or 2 horse power at the peak. I rather the car be more responsive at midrange, overtaking speed, sprint out of corner.

Since your car is 4AT, I believe changing to open pod will slightly increase of throttle lag(which means the lag will get worsen), but who give a damn. Torque converter itself already delayed the engine response, so the throttle lag will be less obvious, however the mid range will be greatly improved, as compare to stock paper filter.

Open pod & decat alone generate this type of performance. 10s 0-60mph in a 1.2 litre Gabby!

The reason for an engine shake involves below parts & concerns, it may be a single element that result the vibration, it could also be a combination fault that causes it. So, here we go:

1) Ignition timing too low
1a) faulty sparkplug
1b) faulty plug wire
1c) faulty ping detector
1d) faulty ignition coil
1e) idling speed too low
1f) vacuum leak
1g) throttlebody not close tight at idling
2) Rich idling
3) Faulty engine mountings
4) Intake & exaust camshaft timing inconsistent. Especially we Campor engine uses twin cam, if go hai cam means mahaicam, vibration & unsettle idling is in-eminent.
5) Exhaust pipe sumbat, backflow result in preignition causes engine vibration
6) Crankshaft bengkok
7) Loose piston ring
8) Flywheel bengkok
9) Wrong petrol (when presence octane insufficient to guard the combustian range, preignition happened resulted in ping/vibration)

10) Last but not least... Its an NGV car.

I'm not saying NGV car must vibrate, but the car was designed for petrol, changing it to drink any other thing than petrol need someone who mastered the whole technology, in order to achive optimal setup. Let's take a wild guess, u have tested other Persoga WITHOUT NGV, and their car generally vibrate less than yours? Let's assume NGV need higher RPM to achive lower torque compare to petrol, if this is he reason, now I understand why full time NGV taxi generally got higher idling speed but very little vibration.

I'm no NGV expert(not even dare to call myself a novice), so I am guessing it has to do with your NGV tuning(if not caused by all those physical faulty parts). Its better if you bring this list and reconfirm with your magician. Hope this help.

The castle nut need to be tighten, and make sure the Lock ring is in place to prevent the castle nut fly off incase loosen. Normally this will not happen, unless your bearing already worn off. It is easy to identify as soon as you hear the roaring sound like an army truck came from the wheels. To further confirmed whether it's tyre noise, jack up 1 side of the wheel, spin the wheel to hear whether got metal screeching sound. If yes, meaning bearing KO. If the car sound like army truck whilst your jack up and spin the wheels without hearing metal screeching sound, meaning tayar KO. Do the same spinning test for all 4 corners to ensure you're not listening to the wrong bearing. Bear in mind the car cabin is a resonator itself, sometimes you can mistaken the front bearing noise as it resonate through the chassis, you heard it came from the back
