Hi Boss, i am currently facing this issue. Can you please advice?

Bought a MR3420 Ver:2.2
Firmware Version: 3.13.27 Build 121206 Rel.60215n
Hardware Version: MR3420 v2 00000000

3G/4G connection Status:
3G/4G USB Modem: Identify successfully
Signal Strength: 0%
IP Address: 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0
Default Gateway: 0.0.0.0
DNS Server: 0.0.0.0 , 0.0.0.0
Online Time: 0 day(s) 00:00:00

It seems like the router not manage to connect to Maxis, it just keep trying but failed. Below is the setting for my 3G/4G setup.

3G/4G USB Modem: Identify successfully
Location: Malaysia
Mobile ISP: Maxis_unet

Connection Mode: Connect Automatically
Max Idle Time: 15 minutes (0 means remain active at all times)

Authentication Type: Auto
Notice: The default is Auto, do not change unless necessary.

The Modem i using is the default E398 bought from you.
May i know what should i do to troubleshoot this issue?

thank you.

Connect the MR3420 to your computer and same as E398 to the computer.

Use E398 connect to the internet using computer and PM me your Teamviewver ID.

What VPN are you using

Anyway just for your information, Maxis is using Private IP which may cause some VPN protocol to be incompatible
