Would like to leave my overdue feedback on the seller after receiving item in mid March.
Generally seller is responsive, provided advice & suggestion as well. Item received is working in order, so far no issue except that the internet speed sucks, but is largely due to the telco coverage in my area.  |

Hi blacktubi,
I bought a Sierra wireless 760s from you some time ago and noticed that the thread has already been closed so I wanted to get your help over here. Basically the battery has started to expand and looks like it's 'pregnant'. This is usually not a good sign I believe so I wanted to know if there's a way to get a replacement battery. On top of that, due to the expansion, the cover has popped open and broken some of the clips. Is there any way to get the spare parts for this modem? Thanks for your help in advance. |
