This is speedtest result using E398 with connection type "3G/HSPA only" and band config with "UMTS 2100" enabled only

do i need any sim adapter before the nano sim can fit inside E398?
The way i look at the sim slot in E398 seem like it doesnt fit |

i'm not able to connect VPN after using maxis with E398 usb modem. Any setting require?
Before use this, i'm using streamyx and i've no issue with VPN connection |

What is the software that have capability to lock to particular cell ID as I saw in mdma, my cellID is changed from time to time... |

Recently, LTE signal appeared on my phone and can the speed is fast.
Once I take out my sim card to put into E398, it seem like detected LTE but it cant connect. Anyone here can help?
