If the 200mm fan is noisy, just remove it or replace it with any fan u prefer.
For 120mm fan, mostly will suggest Arctic F12 PWM hmm.gif .

looking to replace a 140mm and a 120mm fan in my bitfenix shinobi. I'm already using 2 Xigmatek XSF-1252 and want to switch the above fans. I want something silent around the same as the xsf? 20 dBA.

You could try thr New bitfenix spectre pros, have 2 of em and they're fairly quiet for a 1200RPM fan wink.gif

The F12 PWM then.. if you plugged it into a 4-pin header then the mobo regulate the speed via PWM, the fan can go till 1400rpm but 800rpm is still okay providing the temps are not that hot

you could manually control the fan's speed with the mobo software

I see, because I tested with hwmonitor and the RPM of my fans show nothing. But the fans are spinning with low RPM, like maybe 800 u mentioned.

im ex v6gt user, the stock fan is very good in performance but yes it is quite noisy.
and that is why v6gt performance can beat hyper 212 evo in cooling
so if u change to AC F12 1350RPM, u will suffer performance drop but work quietly

test the temperature in maximum loading but not in idle. even water cooling in idle i also get 35-36

the only ones I could think of are the Artic F12 and the NZXT line of fans are B&W
