EHP.
You've got high armor. It is not easy to have 4K of armor for WD/Wiz/DH.
But I think your HP is low though.
I'd suggest to change your pants to rare pants, 160+ INT + 250+ VIT + 2 sockets.

Health globes.
You can stack health globes from Vile Ward and rare pants.
2)
Some suggestions on skill setup.
Replace gargantuan with firebats/CoB.
2 reasons of doing it.
Firstly, gargantuan is pretty much useless by today's standard. The damage is not good enough.
Secondly, you have unused mana. You might as well utilize it with burst damage skill like firebats/CoB. You may use plague bats too.
You may watch  below video to get the idea of integrating firebats/CoB to your ZD build.
(Yes, i know the video is not exactly zd dog build. Nonetheless it is a viable skill to enhance your damage of your build. It's likely you need to spam your keyboard like playing CM Wiz  )

Mass confusion is no good. The duration of additional damage is too short, I'd call it negligible.
Replace mass confusion/Paranoia with either big bad voodoo/slam dance or hex/jinx.
Big bad voodoo gives you and team players huge damage boost (as compared to mass confusion). It has 67% longer duration too.
Hex/jinx helps you to reduce 1-2 elites that could attack you concurrently in real time battlefield. It will indirectly give you better survivability. It gives you additional damage on target on the other hand.

Beside higher damage output, the reason to have fast attack speed in ZD dog build is to give you faster health recovery.
You can reduce your attack speed if you have LS weapon.
LS weapon gives you life recovery and hence better survivability.
If you use firebats, you'll get huge life recovery with LS weapon.
And it is possible to drop sacrifice/for the master and replace with sacrifice/provoke the pack. You'll get huge damage buff.
