u play CoB, try get 6-7 pickup radius minimum.. I suggest get it from boot... 34 AR is too low.. drop it for pickup version. Belt also good place to get a pickup..

Quick glance, replace your pants and vile ward.
Pants with 250+ VIT.
VW with high VIT + Life%.

Replace these 2 first.
If you have budget, go search for Zuni's boots with AR and chest armor with high VIT + Life%.

Keep at least 500K EHP.
600K EHP (unbuffed/buffed by skills) for optimal survivability.
(Note: EHP for MP10. You can keep lower EHP if you play lower MPs).

Yes, replace gears that you can afford. Do it 1 step at a time.

For DPS, a skorn can only be replaced by a better skorn.
Change it when you have the budget.

I pick most of the loot (like in my video), will slow down the party ... thats why I decline invitation for fast exp run... bcos farming w/o pickup loot and rushing clearing map is not my "thing". I play WD to feel more "relax", if not I just play with my barb

I think if u plan to continue using a Inna pants, better craft Vit bracer.. when u gain more paragon lvl, u can replace it with better Int bracer. but if u feel ok farming with low EHP (using JF passive), up to you to decide.

or u can try skorn too.. maybe you like it..
