How long did it take the problem to come back after resetting?

got the same issue but i think because we push the battery to flat.. so when reach the top the battery sure on empty so the engine will rev about 1.2k rpm.. after the battery got to 1 level. the engine goes back to normal.. complaint about it several time. but they only reset it or something and that does not help...

what i do.. if the hill is quite a distance.. i just step on the accelerator above 2k rpm so that the battery will also assist/charge intermittently.

sometime i just don't bother and keep on maintaining eco drive..

yups..i try it and it work well
but after doing that and using econ mode on, around 3-4 weeks it back to same problem again.
so now most of the time i drive with econ mode turn off now...next week will go service and ask them to check this.

what IMA battery issue? is it charge and discharge very fast?

On warranty claims, as I know, the issue isn't with Honda Malaysia. The fault lies with the SC. If you go around the SCs, you will notice some SC are more than willing to make the claim whereas others are reluctant. 

It seems that SCs don't have a standard operating procedure when dealing with warranty claims and with HM.

Yup same here. During idle the RPM seems fluctuating. Also shifting from P or N to D, the RPM will shoot up momentarily. Gonna complain next service. Previously complain before but SC say is normal.

Mine started at 40000km, RPM will dip when idle, sometimes RPM will jump to 5000 rpm when about to stop.

Till now SC cannot help.

My next service for 80K coming soon but the cost is scary, saw the estimated total RM1k+
2 parts very costly, fuel strainer RM360 and dust pollen filter RM191.

Your steering wheel will vibrate especially when you reverse your car. Also when your Gear is on "N".

Wow bro salute! What's the rim model & specs: width, offset and PCD? You can try the other tyres even that Kumho Kinergy or Hankook Ecowing if they have your size. The tyres are 185/60R15?

Viking from Continental should be available for your size. Go for Ecopia EP150/200. They are quite good.
