Hi. Can someone pls guide me on how to root my tab? N is thr any risks that my tab will be damaged?

I Need urgent guide.
my tab suddenly went into deep sleep.
unable boot into bootloader, only odin mode is able to go in. tried boot into odin and download new cwm and new pda file as well.. no chance, still no responding..

I was only rooted with official firmware. and CWM installed.
please need guide urgetly

It's just sad that our Tab 7.7 didn't get PhilZ attention for rooting + CWM with safe kernel.

Hey guys, why is it that sometimes the part with the sim card will become very hot? I'm using a data plan sim card (no voice calls) and wasn't even surfing the net but it still seems to be overheating. I notice the battery also seems to drain faster because of that.

some background program must be sucking the internet data...

Where can I get the official Firmware for Tab 7.7 GT-P6800, 4.0.4 ICS.

I need to flash back to stock. The demo that I have is good except that there is screen burn due to long on the demo screen. So need to flash back then pass back to them.

Have anyone tested with AnTutu benchmark app? Weird, the app doesn't complete the test. When I try the stablity test, this is the result I got.

did not benchmark for a very long time because it does not represent my realtime user experience. so, no idea.

i will be contended with JB in my Tab 7.7. Actually I find ICS is really good enough, but just wondering how much smoother if JellyBean is installed in Tab 7.7. Dun ask me try custom JB rom - tried but none is bug-free, stick to ICS at the moment.

Hi guys, when I want to uninstall an app it just says "Uninstalling..." and goes on forever. This happens to all other apps so now I can't seem to delete any apps. Any way to fix this?
