QUOTE(edan1979 @ Mar 6 2013, 11:17 PM) latest official stock firmware will be ICS 4.0.4 DXLP8 and my recommend custom will be Paranoid Android 2.55... its the only stable version base on CM10 port... there is another CM10.1 port which is newer but some bugs still exist and some still not fix yet stuff but can be use daily both currently being compile by Daniel_HK at XDA forum. if base on stock ics... go for skyhigh I check XDA and Paranoid Android is up to 2.53 and still WIP where can I get 2.55 stable. jackdon

Tab keep going into Limbo. It says my live wallpaper FC... Even replaced with static wallpaper, it still limbo. Not sure if it's storage too low, cause it's almost impossible to go into Settings to check storage. Clear cache/Dalvik no help.

Cannot, Samsung tablets don't let to charge from USB unless using their own charger, but you can either buy a convertor to do it or install some ROMS (I saw for tab 10.1, dunno if 7.7 got) to enable it. It's a samsung-specific limitation.

There are also the cables that u can switch between charging and data and there is also the small adapter that can be bought from ebay that i use with my yoobao power bank.

The reason Samsung do this is so that people don't charge using laptop. Even with the convertors (can buy here and there) it takes forever to charge using laptop.

Samsung purposely switches the connections inside their plug and the tablets test for that, if doesn't match then it will show the red X.
