U don't so fast to judge it yet... after i go through all the channel last week for searching what channel got live broadcast of Thomas Cup final, apparently, i found a lot of channel is actually streaming sport and major of them are football and base ball.
So far i got remember in mind that channel, star sport, cctv 5+, cctv football, FOX Sport, Elta sport, TVB sport, Macao TV sport, Hong Kong broadcast, EPL and LFP all those channel are streaming football match.

I do notice cctv is giving notice that they will broadcast world cup match too. I think it maybe not specialise one channel provide full broadcast of all matches in world cup, but if u spend some time seaching all above channel, i believe 1 of them will provide the broadcast on the match u are looking for on that day.

FYI, yesterday i am trying to buy a second season iptv service from the server dealer, they refuse to sell me with the same price. Instead, they offer me a bulk buy opportunity with at least minimum of 10 subscription once.
Since there quite a few people pmed me about the detail of this iptv service, so i will now start collecting 10 subscribe and purchase.
Anyone wanna up in list pls pm me for price. I will collect and update the list.

there r 2 files there, which one?

each file is only 47.9mb. the 1.0.6 emmc eng file i hv for q5ii is 3xx mb.

Bought HD600A-II for my mom and it's a fantastic piece of media center! Initially plan to buy Q12 for 299RMB but taobao seller upgrade it to HD600A-II without extra. Came with Aliyun OS but flashed to Android, 1.0.7 custom rom with root access. So far what I've done to the machine are: flashed google play, install adaway, es file manager, mytv, cloudtv, youtube TV version, xposed framework and some personal xposed module. didnt try XBMC coz its not easy for my parents.

the good news is you can get astro-on-the-go app from playstore - it works on himedia android 4.2.

subscriber of astro superpack - get aotg and a special app after june 4, watch all 64 matches on himedia
subscriber but non-superpack - get aotg, pay rm100 for football pass, watch all 64
non-subscriber - get aotg, pay rm100 for all 64 matches or rm6 for every match

i hv tested atog, it works well. everything u get there is sd but is very watchable. pretty stable but if the broadband is unstable, the video starts to pixelate.

Anyone manage to get vpn software like SuperVPN or OpenVPN works on your himedia player?
Testing the vpn software on Q3 II, but always getting error to configure VPN by the software.

little news here, anyone has interest with the season iptv service, can pm me for testing ID (24 hours playback time, is not free, but cheap to try before you hesitate for annually subscribe package).

So there is Season IPTV and Monster Pro IPTV. Which one is better?

Where can I find the rom of the Himedia Q3 II? The web page link is off line.
The box was working ok but after a factory reset all channels are gone!!!
