under RM100 i think is very hard unless you wear kids helmets...

i saw a merida one for RM100 or RM140... not fancy... but provides basic protection..

personally for me... no more than RM300 unless you really can't find a suitable size...

i love my head... but i love my wallet even more.. anything past that is more form over functionality...

It's more for enthusiast cyclist.. not for commuting purposes.

It is similar to straps (without the straps) where your foot is more secured to the pedal among the multiple reasons... it also allows you to practice a more perfect pedal stroke rather than just pushing down on the pedal alone.

sort of normal... you can reduce the squeal by toeing in the brake pads

user posted image

this being said means that you will cause uneven wear on your pads

did i say shoe with clips... i mean straps...

in the old days pre clipless pedals, riders used to use straps which is an inconvenience as they needed to fiddle around to get strapped in and emergencies are practically a no brainer confirm hit the ground case..

that is up until clipless pedals came along in the form of the first pair of look worn by no one else other than the badger himself..
