The club house for mainland linkvilla is within phase 1 n 2 le near guardhouse there. Phase 1 backing highway same row with youmei.

For boating, as at now only for island units. Tats why they pay more for lake maintanence. However for the bund sps still thinking whether it can or ll open to all seg residents. Lets wait n see.

If the clubhouse n facilities are up then it ll do better for gr. Too bad it mau take some time. So move in rate ll be low for now till it is done.

This is why new project @ Cyberjaya, have to sell idea, concept & design. Huat Ah...

They are the pioneer, people call them gila to buy sibehfar land.
Now, we are the second batch own stay & investor, people call us water fish loh.

Buy for own stay is ok. After 10 yrs sure go up.

Those low price mayb the facing, orientation is not so good and small area...

Last time ppl refused to pay RM50 for maintenance, now RM500-600 like "reasonable" maint fee.

Aiya, what's Rm500 if compares to being robbed at the middle of the night?

G&g regardless, most ppl used to be unhappy about paying guarding fees... Now Rm500 x 12 months = 6000 which can buy y0u a g00d security system....cctv, alarm, sensor, etc. But you have to pay RM6000+ every year till you sold the property. Isnt that too much?

One robbery ll cost you 60k which equivalent to 10yrs maintainece fee. The chance is very high in malaysia. Not to say phobia or the risk of your family being harm. That ll be in ur m8nd forever. Nowadays at least 5 out of 10 houses from non gng kene robbed. Ok tats based on my surrounding friends n relatives. May not be the same like others. Why takes this risk u can afford it. It is not jus monetary loss.
