Garden Residence - the earliest VP? close to putrajaya sentral, next to propose SRJK ©, highest ground, GBI Compliant or not????
Sejati Residence - lowest density among all? 5% rebate? only 52 units of LVs. 8km jogging track? etc etc???
SummerGlades - INdividual title, facing putrajaya lake, in perdana lake view west enclave, 2nd earliest VP? with central lake and theme gardens
mydiva/trillium - individual title in perdana lake view east enclave?? etc etc
Symphony Hills - the only development that comes with smart home systems (Connected Intelligent Community), only development with Garden Terrace like Zenia in DPC where garden is on top of parking.etc? etc?
Mirage by the lake - in perdana lake view west enclave, facing puitrajaya lake, landscape fully designed by SekSan (so far the most expensive landed in terms of PSF if not mistaken)
Mansion Park? MCT Lake Front landed? Nadayu 99 Landed?
