SH has very high maintenance fee, $0.15/sqft based on land size....

Buy for own stay is ok. After 10 yrs sure go up.

Those low price mayb the facing, orientation is not so good and small area...

façade design wise I think SEG is nicer than SH

feel maybe SH is better.

now i look back the photos i took at SH, the exterior design is so so. bought it coz of the resort feel... tongue.gif
