Went to ke-poh my Diva semi-D show unit last week.
Overall it's a nice house however there is no unique attractions / selling points compare to other landed project in cyber (GREEN, waterfront, views etc) biggrin.gif
2 storey semi-D 40x90 selling at Rm 1.6mil+, 2.5 storey is Rm1.98mil+ (large BU and free to extend as it's individual title)
Maintenance fee is really low - Rm120 per mth only > no landscape / club house facilities etc.
If the price is ealry Rm1.0mil+ then worth to buy la. kekeke

They charged the maintenance fee by unit only (not according to land size).
I guess is Rm450 for the 1st 2-3 yrs with subsidy from SP setia then Rm600 later (sorry i hardly remember this liau bro).

The club house for mainland linkvilla is within phase 1 n 2 le near guardhouse there. Phase 1 backing highway same row with youmei.

For boating, as at now only for island units. Tats why they pay more for lake maintanence. However for the bund sps still thinking whether it can or ll open to all seg residents. Lets wait n see.

Can't complain with the entry cost of GnG into cyberjaya!
Still some room to grow in fact GR upon completion of SR, SH and SEG.
