The club house for mainland linkvilla is within phase 1 n 2 le near guardhouse there. Phase 1 backing highway same row with youmei.

For boating, as at now only for island units. Tats why they pay more for lake maintanence. However for the bund sps still thinking whether it can or ll open to all seg residents. Lets wait n see.

If the clubhouse n facilities are up then it ll do better for gr. Too bad it mau take some time. So move in rate ll be low for now till it is done.

One robbery ll cost you 60k which equivalent to 10yrs maintainece fee. The chance is very high in malaysia. Not to say phobia or the risk of your family being harm. That ll be in ur m8nd forever. Nowadays at least 5 out of 10 houses from non gng kene robbed. Ok tats based on my surrounding friends n relatives. May not be the same like others. Why takes this risk u can afford it. It is not jus monetary loss.

GR, if u can accept petrol depot, is not a bad place at all. Especially with the reasonable price for gng fh landed prop. Also it is nearer to puchong (for those have daily routine there). Of coz to buy n stay there now, one mus b optimistic on ciberjaya as nothing much there at the moment.
