Im quite sad with your reply.

All i see is a load of..nvm.

But anyway, it seems the Longines is quite good. altho it does look like the submariner from Rolex. As i already have a Tudor submariner with rolex casing, the watch doesn't seem to be a good.. buy either. ok. im gonna suck on it. Im gonna buy the Yacht Master 2. Wait till your sponge bob watch turns green then i'll post the picture.

When i see all the watches that people recommends me on divers and sailing, they say Omega Seamaster is good, probably coz they like the idea of Omega being the first to go to the moon. wait. so does moon have a water ? im not sure either.

Yacht Master 2. no matter how u look at it. it is gorgeous. right colour, right price, and its fockin Rolex. The few watches brand from Swatch to have good resale value.

So many divers and Sail watch yet, i can't make up my mind. Y is that? Coz the moment i saw your review on Spongebob, i feel like i want to get the sister's watch, do you have extra? i pay u any price tongue.gif
*
if u think that tudor isnt good, i dont mind buying it from u tongue.gif

omega seamaster didnt go to the moon, that was the speedmaster.

rolex is not under swatch.

waste time only buy spongebob.
since u have trouble finding a watch to wear...can wear like this.
he wearing red also, means good fengshui right? biggrin.gif

Everdying,

It's not i think Tudor is not good, it's the risk of loosing it while sailing. Which part you did not understand on what i said? lol. N no it's not for sale. It's a gift. I should appreciate that. anyone would. esp from your dad.

And the Omega was merely a statement, nothing more. I know it's speedmaster, but that's how they market their brand isn't it? The moon.

Rolex is not? Oh my bad. What is it under then?

Im not chinese. lol. The fengshui thing is just a joke. u seriously think people could relate Seiko up to that extent? lol. Btw, cool pictah yo! biggrin.gif

Anyway, I'll still look into the cheaper alternatives. Maybe buying Sawtooth. I'll post it ere once i got my hands on it.

Thanks for all your humble reply. Keep the thread goin! Cheers!

well, how else would they market it?
its sure better than biggest roti canai in malaysia or longest sausage in malaysia? biggrin.gif

but anyway, the sawtooth...i dont recall seeing one here before.
and seeing as how the sawtooth is more of a diving watch...why not just go get something easier to find like the skx007 / 009? after discount should be around rm700++.

Quartz as i know is much more reliable. Especially if its a Seiko. Isn't that the reason why people buy Seiko in the first place?

Im not so sure but i have this habit. When buying an automatic watch, don't go below 5k.

Hey, kinda disappointed with Seiko's quality after my mom showed me her watch. It seems like the dial came off/lose? Anyone knows how much to fix it up? Picture as attached. Thanks.  sad.gif

Pretty beat up SMYG35K1.
If the dial holder or dial needs replacement less than RM100 at Thong Sia SC.
