I saw him tick only one card and mention I only want the Air-asia card. But still okay as I able to swipe 6 times each card each month.
But what I dislike is he also apply Citibank ready credit for me? Is that come with the card or is he busy body to apply for me also?  doh.gif

But you need to br pay for both cards for two GST amount, even you going to terminate and didn't active it before.

Perhaps you can just keep it until the next of calendar year since you need to be pay for GST

Surprising that I can purchase the 2D <I love hong Kong> movie in GSC .. initially the cashier over the counter was not so sure about the promo, until he asked that one (i believe he is a supervisor or manager) who stands next to him, and he confirm with the cashier said ok for b1f1 with my clearcard. (at that moment, he's busy playing phone)

I got 3 cards ah !

That salesman really ...
I asked him, which card is nice in term of rebates and benefits. he recommend clear card. then , said i can choose another preferrence card and it is free. so i said ok... shell card then.
lastly, he directly give me a form, which is apply for ready cash. said it is likely an ATM card, can withdraw money when u are in need of cash. IT IS FREE!

*first year annual fees is waive after swipe 3 times in 2 months, if not mistaken
but I have no idea with the ready cash card, how to use.. i NEVER use that

Alright! I received 3 cards, and now I left 2 cards (terminate SHELL card after he got the commission - 6 months after applied cards) sweat.gif

nowadays bank doesn't appreciate old customers. They want NEW customers. even the newly 'recycled' customers.

today i shoot the citibank cs 99 regarding the 10% bill rebate promotion (last nov). I was told that i was not successful to get the rebate even i did the transaction at 12.05am on monday. I requested the bank to disclose the selection list but they refused
I hold their plat card >10yrs and I felt cheated by the bank becoz of this small rebate this time.

It is not a credit card, it is a credit facility given to the principal card holder. Instead of charging cash withdrawal fee + interest, they only charge interest on amount withdrawn. Interest rate is rather high

Not really. Citibank rejected my application. I have a supplementary card in Citibank and my spending on the card isn't low either. Maybe they just don't like me.

New holder of Clear Card.

I've made two online purchases which did not require me to enter any randomly generated PIN. Does Citibank not use Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode?

I find it ironic since Maybank uses it.

i used it a week ago, it requires me to enter verified by visa pin. certain websites do not request for the pin such as Apple Store Malaysia, HP Telesales. These kind of transactions, they will call up personally to confirm the transactions. For Apple Store, i used MBB card to purchase Ipad for the first time, they called but not the second time

Got bombed with a RM70 annual fee (Feb Bill), gonna call CS tomorrow to waive it or i'll just cancel it since all the while under silver card I didn't have to pay any annual fee

They didn't actually promote it like MBB.
