Just read the website said that the supplementary card user are able to apply? is that true?

i only have 1 card with them since last year 300+100 cash back sign up promo. Within these 9 months, i only swipe around 400. They are so eager to retain customer although i didnt use the card. The same happen to my colleague also , 50 offer to offset the gst.

Gosh, are you sure? I just received and activated my SCB Business Platinum Card today. Was at their roadshow recently and I signed up because of the cash rebates, especially for petrol. Am i being duped here?

I think i'm eligible to enjoy only the petrol rebates, I signed up for this promotion.

yea, all benefit, cash back, rewards points has been suspended. According to their CS, they will come out some new rewarding program soon , 2-3 months later. CS asked me to retain the card and wait for the rewards program.

errmm... may i ask those who choose the smarttag gift promo, how long it takes you to receive it?

the petrol/cash back promo is for sign up new card.
For existing card, all benefit has been suspended. If the new reward program launched, it should be in addition to the sign up offer.

they will forever pass the phone to the cancelation department and alot of time have to wait for ages only ppl amswer, than they will keep telling u cant cancel, some 1 will call in a few day time

after a few day, the incharge call back and use alot of excuses so that u wont cancel the card..

so the easier way, just walk in the bank and cancel, i think can settle in less than 30 min

Just called to cancel one of SCB card, CCD said officer will call to reconfirm. wait and see how

i hv signed up for the the petrol/cash back promo back to Dec 2012, still eligible for purchase air ticket cash rebate?

If they can do this for me, then I won't mind keeping the card for "a few more months" to see what's their reward program. My annual fee and GST is due in May/June.

you can just call to their hotline to request for termination of card. then they will transfer you to other colleague, which will offer u rm50 by crediting the money to ur account within 5-7 working days. No need to wait until GST due month. Call now also can.

anyone here who applied for SCB platinum card thru Groupon last month and already received the free gift?

Still waiting for my photobook, SCB said Groupon going to send it, contacted Groupon they said it will be by 31st March

I applied for free camera. But my account was credited with rm300 cash rebate after i received the card. Now they sent me another mastercard and told me that i am going to get another rm300 cashback.

But where is my camera? Still waiting.....

I applied for camera as well, and RM50 credited to my account. They also sent me nother mastercard with RM300 rebate (not yet credit to my account) I strongly believe our camera will never come.
