SCB really make life difficult to update new h/p number, ocbc,maybank can do so through call but Scb need to walk in and later still made a mistake updating it and been more than 2 weeks cant use it for online transation due to no TAC number

i got replied that i wont get the 15% cash back as i holds other cards. previously was told i can get it. really confusing this SC

anyway u can just hold it without using for a total of 6 mths + before cancelling it then.

i cancel 1 of the cards by just calling and will do so all very soon

u applied when, i got my cc card in mid dec 2012 and still no TNG and no 15% petrol cashback either

sorry to say this, rm55 is the only cash back u'll get as u got the Tng/smart tag/15% petrol rebates promo

yup i also went through the groupon and later after reconfirm with them 2 times say will 300 and later say will get tng promo at the end just cash back and tng not petrol due to plat cards as i've already got the business plat.

Prepare to give reason for cancellation and make sure they know that it's because no reward points,rebates etc.

i cancel my business plat card last week and also reapply the same card last week and get cashback 300 and the photobook worth 248,

Yeah he told me I can't get the 800+ cash back as I'm not new cust. But can get 300 .just saw my statement with 2 business platinum
