I guess you have to call Maxis at 123 from a Maxis Mobile and give them your Ac number so that they can reset your Login ID. After that they will call you back and give you a new Login id.

If you can log-in to access your ac, i guess you dun need to key in your number anymore.

Is your quota used up?

But even if quota is breached, you still can surf on 128kbps

They should have call you back within 2 working days.

Else , call them again and this time get a case number and ask for the CSO name.

CSO = Customer Service Officer, the one who answered the call.
I usually ask for his/her name, then she knoe that i "hold water" and my request can get done faster.

Same as those Gomen Servant when we go to Gomen Dept, I also told them i am your boss as i pay tax, mutiple taxation too, go Use Maxis , pay 6% Tax, Watch Astro pay 6% tax, Mc D eat pay tax, Drive car, pay Road Tax, come June , file my E Filing too . wat makes you think that he is using Multisim or DDR3 type of sim?

he could be using a LTE device ( its simless man )

btw, initial LTE rollover is solely for DATA only, Maxis will bundle the device together with new signup , like YES , Dongle + ID

Maybe BIZ68 was his last time plan and now he is on LTE

What if Maxis announce that ONLY Principle Multisim holder only have LTE access while multsims get DC-HSPA+ only

Will some of you get butthurt?
