me slow 5th liporting   

is MF680 so unstable until need fan to get high speed?
i waiting for blacktubi to post out my unit....
planning to get it run 24/7 for second internet connection at my house..
tested with ipad3, speed stable around 10-12mbps...
hope this MF680 wont let me know

remember my place is about 20km away from the actual base station(BT) but i can still get the DC - HSPA+ connection maybe maxis tower repeater is superb.

combine two speed into one or so-called "bonding" is very hard to achieve unless you have specialize hardware and software. What average consumers like us can only do load-balancing and failover. You can do that with just 2 x E372 and 1 x MR3420 using OpenWRT with a USB hub. I haven't try that myself.

My implementation is using zeroshell with 2 sets of 3G modem and 3G router:

So far, I find that zeroshell is the easiest way to load balance and failover multiple WAN connections under the same network. Other solutions in the market requires you to split your network into separate segments/subnets. The maximum I have tried on zeroshell is 3 x 3G connections. Although it can't achieve true combined speed, but it can achieve something similar if some factors are fulfilled. I'll use just one word - multi-threaded.

how u going to run E372 if u just have 1 usb port in a router?
last time i did is i get a load balancer router..
connect 2 router to the load balancer and ur pc connect to the load balancer..
it very easy..some forumer selling the load balancer as well

we can use a USB hub as I mentioned earlier. and like you mentioned, using another device - load balancer router will be another option but it will cost a lot more. I'm using zeroshell (software-based load balancer router) as a VM in my PC with 2 LAN ports and a WiFi connection which is on 24x7.

speed and stable...very subjective bro...

so ur pc work as load balancer connecting USB internet from pc and internet from router right?

A cheaper and easy solution is Mikrotik

Buy 2 MR3420. 1 3G dongle on each of the router

Plug both of the LAN to Mikrotik and setup on Mikrotik.

Another solution is very cheapskate I better not mention here 

yea exactly same step on 1043ND like MR3420 

1043ND USB support is bugged one and got some weird issue with WAN disabled 

just receive my MF680...
after run speed test...the speed seem disapointed =.=
my ipad3 can easy get over 10mbps but this modem only get 3mbps =.=
i not sure is it my ipad3 receiver more strong than my 3g modem =.=

by the way, any1 experience slow connection when using with TP link 3g router? ....i use TL3420 and TD8968..both give me around 1mbps only...not sure what the reason -.- ...
any1 have this issue?

mine is TD8968...both V1 and V2 different is firmware..
once u upgrade the firmware, then is consider V2...
now my speed is ipad3>direct plug > router

new to maxis 3g broadband.
i cant register mylaunchpad and always come out "this number is not exist for this service" after i key in my SIM no. and IC.
anyone know why? is there anyway to check my quota balance or purchase quota online without register to maxis online account?
