this video I only capture 24s. after 24s it will drop to 2MB/s. I try many time also get same problem.
so is big possible maxis limit the speed. maxis let u get good result from speed test.
but actual use cannot get this speed for long time.

I think no related with setup or equipment. cos my home very near tower. I can get very good signal.

You also from Butterworth ?

i believe its juz a gimnick for celcom... everyone is usng phone to call... at least Rm30 monthly...Zzzz

beside , maxis went to a lot of co. to offer corporate internet...not only dell... Zzzz....Citibank , etc
*
Celcom's speed is throttled one, meaning its only 3.6Mbps

Maxis is unlimited, but come 2013 no one knoe how then cool2.gif

But for Legacy, lets hope for the Best and prepare for the worst. biggrin.gif

QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Nov 19 2012, 05:30 PM)
1 single V2 speed higher ping also higher when heavy DL in IDM

2 router V2 + V1 speed a little bit lower but ping also lower when heavy DL in IDM
now using V2 alone,. testing testing  laugh.gif
*
I use HW550 to be the main router ( means connect with the modem ) then LAN out to V2 as the 2nd router, superb connection as V2 is cooler and HW550 hang up in the celling near my air-cond , cool the HW550 and get better signal.
Use cat6e cable for smooth transmission.

Oh ya, I want high speed with no quota or at least high quota like 50GB. laugh.gif
*
use YES, kautim the Network Admin guy/gal, then its Quota Unlimited laugh.gif

Speed between 10~18Mbps, not bad la , no congestion at all icon_idea.gif

I am using the VP25 , rm25/mth , use less then 1GB/mth cause i only use it for backup when Maxis suks, mainly for "important" task like Online Banking and Client Activation/Registration.

1Malaysia VP25 is like Celcom/Maxis SKMM, speed damn kawkaw one if your area supports it

See here my Quota Balance , no bull one biggrin.gif

Discuss or not it's the fate already sad.gif

This is no longer a closed news, this is originally as planned by Maxis the quota nod.gif

Many large corporation got this and if you register 10+ lines Maxis will certainly offers the package to you, happen to my friend's company when signing with 10+ devices.

The only thing we shouldn't discuss publicly is how to make it faster smile.gif
*
I actually have in mind to register an Club then sign up this plan and invite you guys to join in on a non profit rm68/98 package. I guess i can now say bye bye to this. doh.gif

If you guys wan, we can try again icon_idea.gif

Minimum must get 15~20 pipu to jointly sign-up la, we just share the cost of the SSM registration, which is not as costly as what currently those sellers are charging.......rm300/simcard for coffee money doh.gif

Anyway I am suing Business RM68 from Maxis
6 months ago yes, now no need tongue.gif
But if other telco then brows.gif
You can terminate if you talk nicely and learn some complaint technique from fruitie sis
*
Celcom, mau ?

but 7.2mbps je......... icon_idea.gif

Celcom Unlimited rm99 Corporate Unlimited Plan, we get 20~30 pipu to sign up , voice optional, we register a Company, we foot the bill, then use the Co's SSM registration detail to approach Celcom Biz Unit

Before this network problem and network upgrade I'm getting 24 mbps and up to 28 mbps..

Now, I'm still getting 10 mbps and above.

But no more 20 mbps speed.

Thats the max speed I'm getting.

rclxub.gif

Congestion?.. Or maybe maxis has implement bandwidth control.. lol

Added on November 21, 2012, 9:42 am

I have no idea when will terminate. Maybe never. LoL.

My wife want borrow and put at her mother house.

Because now I have TP-link router and Sierra 320u.

Kinda hoping to try this line with LTE  tongue.gif
*
Oh yes, your fren tested at Nilai Town and got >30Mbps too.

I guess, now maxis speed is SHARED , how its shared, its unknown, maybe like Maxcheam mentioned yesterday
