Haha, sounds like it, looks like it, but prolly not true. Gave u a tip edi. Can plan ur budget. Can't say more, sorry. But rest assured YTL will show floor plan during launching.

Still have plenty... and they seems slow and no hurry to develop these piece of land.

comparing these prices with other YTL completed condos is actually not expensive. Saffron 5-6years old condo 1070 askin for 650-700k in subsale market and 1570 Maple is 850-900k now, some ff even ask for 1M. Don't forget after Capers VP surely goes over 1M for larger unit.

YTL condo is know for high maintenance, so 650ft 3 years future price is a steal. I would say BBB as usual la, YTL product.

Saffron build quality is so so nia...perhaps is due to taken over project from previous developer gua
