Saffron 5-6years old condo 1070 askin for 650-700k in subsale market and 1570 Maple is 850-900k now, some ff even ask for 1M. Don't forget after Capers VP surely goes over 1M for larger unit. Looking at the Ecosky BBB mode, this one SURE BBBBBBBBB all the way. location wise much better.
