QUOTE(isildur88 @ Nov 5 2012, 11:00 PM) how can i make my S3 faster.. feels abit of lag.. RAM 661MB/833MB Well, first of all, exit unused apps the right way instead of just home button.does storage play a role in this as mine is 3.11GB/11.35GB. Dont use advance task killer. Android task killer does better job. Also, control those apps running background. Depending on what you need only then you leave it runnimg background. |

For me, i dont see much issue with it. Of course nothing is perfect but the update was okay for me.QUOTE(isildur88 @ Nov 6 2012, 12:33 AM) Yup. Some apps you can press menu and exit. |

QUOTE(mjeeva03 @ Nov 5 2012, 09:30 PM) woohoo.... slow down mate... if like this, u flash whatever ROM also will drain battery And if u connect the USB cable to ur phone and unplugged it during the screen lock down, it drains also. USB wakelock will keep on awaking. So theres many possible causes to ur battery drain. There are many good ROMs like wanam and checkrom, but if u keep on flashing without really stay with one, u won't really feel any improvement. As far as im using Omega with Siyah kernel, everything seem fine after 2 days using. Smooth, fast.. Added on November 6, 2012, 1:30 am QUOTE(karising @ Nov 5 2012, 09:37 PM) Updated through PC Kies, battery drain very significant... regreted to update it. Any method to downgrade to original ICS? why people just cant be patience a bit? let ur JB run few recharge cycle first. JB is definitely better than ICS, in terms of functionality and speed. And whenever u do a major upgrade, sure battery will drain very fast as it's like a fresh start for the phone. Added on November 6, 2012, 1:40 am QUOTE(rickk @ Nov 5 2012, 10:42 PM) sry bro, i'm kinda interest on checkroom now, do several google search but not much bad thing about checkrom found. hehe... try it urself mate. Im kinda addicted to flashing new ROMs now.. as long as u had ur files backup with TiBa, everything is fine. haha. Every popular ROMs are good, it is just depend on users itself. I've tried wanam, checkrom and omega, lastly sticked with omega + siyah. may I know what cons that checkrom having? thanks! Added on November 5, 2012, 10:43 pm +1 +1... this is what we call, human being meh! lol If u like more stock feel, go for wanam.. My friend using ARHD ,also not bad, but not yet try.. U can read a lots of comments here in checkrom XDA thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1738527 This post has been edited by drumhitz: Nov 6 2012, 01:40 AM |
